Section 2 provides for the payments of expenses for the relief of Seamen which may be incurred not only under the Imperial Act but also under Regulations by the Governor in Council analogous to the distinctions from the Board of Trade alone referred to.
Section 3 provides for the repayment to the Imperial Government or other Colonial Governments or British Consular officers, of any expenses which may be incurred by them for the relief of Seamen of this Colony.
